Sleep Recommendations
Create comfortable schedule of sleep and awakeness
- Fix the comfortable time of awake in the morning (for 0-3 months old babies it is usually 6-7 o’clock in the morning, for ages 3-6 months it is 7-8 a.m. after 6 months it can be 8-9 a.m.)
- For children under 4 months time to go to night sleep is 9-11 p.m., after the age of 4 months it is before 9.30 p.m. (from 4 to 8 months it will be 7 p.m, for 8 to 12 months 8 p.m.).
- Try not to give too much time to the naps, as it will make less time for night sleep.
- If duration of nap is more than 2 hours, you should create cimconstases for soft awaking.
- Time when you baby isn’t sleeping should consist of 70% activities, then “The Bridge”, after appearance of sign of fatigue should be asleep ritual.
